Information about the collection of personal data

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously.
Personal data is all data that is personally available to you, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses and user behavior (information relating to an identifiable natural person (Article 4 (1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR).

When you contact us by e-mail or through a contact form, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us to answer your questions. We delete the data that arises in this context after the storage is no longer required, or limit the processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

We point out that the data transmission in the Internet (e.g. in the communication by E-Mail) can exhibit security gaps. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

Collection of personal data

In the case of merely informative use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we will only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server according to the settings you made (Server Log Files). In order to view our website, we collect the data that is technically necessary for this purpose and to ensure stability and security in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 sentence 1 of EU-GDPR:

  • Anonymized IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Time Zone Difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the requirement (concrete page)
  • Access Status / HTTP status code
  • each transmitted amount of data
  • Website from which the request comes
  • browser

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. There is no merge of this data with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively, if we become aware of specific indications for illegal use.

Contact / registration form

If you contact us by form, such as maintaining press releases or our newsletter inquiries send your information from the form, including your specified there contact details for the purpose of processing the request and in the case of follow-up questions with us are stored. We will not share this information without your consent. We use the so-called double-opt-in procedure for registration, i.e. your registration is only completed if you have previously confirmed your registration via a confirmation e-mail sent to you for this purpose by clicking on the link contained therein. If your confirmation is not received within 48 hours, your registration will be automatically deleted from our database.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of sensitive content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser’s address bar changing from “http: //” to “https: //” and the lock icon in your browser bar.
When SSL encryption is enabled, the data you submit to us may not be read by third parties.

Your rights

(1) You have the following rights with respect to the personal data concerning you:

  • Right to information,
  • Right to rectification or cancellation,
  • Right to restriction of processing,
  • Right to object to the processing,
  • Right to data portability.

(2) You also have the right to complain to us about the processing of your personal data by a data protection supervisory authority.
(3) In the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, we may charge a reasonable fee. Otherwise the information will be provided free of charge (Art. 12 (5) EU-GDPR).
(4) In case of reasonable doubt as to the identity of the person asserting the above rights, we may request additional information necessary to confirm the identity (Article 12 (6) EU-GDPR).

Cookies

In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when using our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the browser you use and that give us (the server of our website) certain information. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall, above all faster. There are session cookies (transient cookies) and persistent cookies (persistent).

Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the common session. This will allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.

We only use session cookies. Persistent cookies or Flash cookies are not used by us.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and cookies only in individual cases allow, the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally exclude and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
